The Reflective DNA of Water (2018)

During Tulipmania (Netherlands, 1630’s)  and later, tulips were floated on water to create the illusion of an abundance of blooms in gardens.  In this collage, the water is composed of collaged tulip shapes using the tulip genome and of single helices also made from collaged tulip DNA code.
