Why should I upload an image to go with my newsletter announcement?

Including an image with your newsletter announcement is a great way to promote your upcoming show, your call for entry, your ongoing exhibition, or a happening at your gallery.

Feel free to include an image of an artwork in your upcoming exhibition, a past work that is representative of your art, a selected work from an upcoming exhibit or your gallery's logo. Please remember that we feature announcements on the main page of our newsletter, so try to send a high quality image that is web-ready.

Images we will not feature for announcements:

1. Press portraits

2. Home business logos

3. Letterhead or business card scans

4. Copyrighted images not owned by the poster

5. Images with any kind of watermark or document text overlay
