Daniel Kunitz has served as Managing Editor of the literary magazine The Paris Review, US Editor of Art Review magazine, and chief art critic for The New York Sun.  In 2005, he co-curated “The Art Review 25,” a survey of emerging artists in America.  He is an art critic for The Village Voice and contributes to many publications, among them Vanity Fair, Harper’s, Modern Painters, Men’s Vogue, Slate, Salon, Details, The Wall Street Journal, Town & Country, Bookforum, TLS, and New York.  Most recently, he contributed the catalogue essay for the Chinese artist Zhang Huan’s show “Blessings” at Pace Wildenstein Galleries in New York.
